You have been provided contact information for your Electrical, Plumbing and Heating/Air Conditioning contractors for EMERGENCY ONLY requests. All non-emergency warranty requests must be submitted as follows:
To file a 30 Day or 11 Month Warranty Request:
1. Fill out a 30 Day Warranty form or 11 Month Warranty form.
2. E-mail to WarrantyService@MySouthwindHome.com
3. You may also submit photos along with claim form, if needed.
4. A Southwind Homes representative will contact you with subcontractor information to setup approved warranty appointments.
Please make sure to refer to your warranty booklet that was provided to see what is covered & what is homeowner's responsibility. Please also understand the homeowner is responsible for ensuring access to home & the space is clear for repairs to be made. If there is no response from homeowner after three attempts to contact & schedule repairs, the claim will then be considered resolved & closed. When appointments are scheduled & missed twice, at no fault of vendor or SWH, warranty claim is considered resolved & closed.
NOTE: Centricity is formerly Bonded Builders Warranty Group. You may continue to see language referencing Bonded Builders until the transition is fully complete.
